The DIVINE MAID Terms of Service
The Divine Maid Services LLC is a growing corporation and operated business. We are a premiere cleaning service with hundreds of significant customers.
It is very important that you call our office if you have any questions or concerns about your cleaning service. We take great pride in our customer service and will make every reasonable effort to provide you with a highly professional cleaning experience.
We can try to send the same maid to your home each clean, however, we cannot guarantee it. Illness, vacation, etc., may result in a change of personnel. Our main priority is to clean your house with consistent quality.
Our office is seven days a week, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Voice mail is available after hours.
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES:
We provide our own cleaning supplies, except a vacuum, plunger, and plunger brush. If you prefer your own supply or specific product for us to use, please provide.
Our Quality Control Inspectors inspect our work on a regular basis. Divine Maids Services does these inspections to ensure the highest quality standards.
Our Maids generally clean homes between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Occasionally the Maid
may need to stay past 11:00 PM to complete the job.
Your home must be accessible to our Maids. If you are not going to be present, you must arrange a way to allow us access to your home interior.
Divine Maids Services expects the customer to provide the maid with a clutter-free environment. If that environment does not exist, the Maid may not be able to fully complete your clean.
Insurance and safety issues prohibit our Maids from moving heavy objects or from standing on furniture
If your home has a security system, please ensure that it is turned off on the day of your scheduled clean. You may also provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. However, Divine Maids Services will not be responsible for alarms set off by our mistake.
If you have pets, please secure and pick up after them. For sanitary and safety reasons our Maids are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal excrement. We will also not clean if a Maid feels they are in danger from a dog or other animals.
There may be times when weather makes it unsafe for us to travel and carry equipment and supplies to your home. Driveways and sidewalks must be cleared and accessible. Holidays and manpower may also necessitate a schedule change. Your understanding and cooperation in rescheduling is greatly appreciated.
Payment is due the day of each scheduled clean. Credit cards are the preferred method of
payment. We also accept cash. We do not take personal checks.
Some areas require sales tax on services. If you live in an area where sales tax applies, you will also be responsible for the tax amount.
If your payment fails for any reason, a late fee of $10 will be charged.
In the event that you cancel a clean with less than 24-hour notice, you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
If the Maid is unable to enter your home due to customer’s fault (double bolt locks, animals not contained, or if the Maid is turned away at the door on a regularly scheduled clean) there will be a lockout fee assessed in the amount of ½ your regular clean price.
TERMINATION BY DIVINE MAIDS SERVICES:
We may terminate this agreement at any time.
SUSPENSION OF SERVICE:
If any of the fees listed above have not been paid, your service will be suspended until all fees have been paid in full. If service is suspended and you have not paid in full within 30 days we will consider you to have terminated service.
In addition to any amounts owed by Divine Maids Services, you agree to be responsible for all reasonable collection and attorney’s fees we incur in seeking to bring your account current.
Divine Maids Services offer a discount to monthly 10% off, bi-weekly 15% off or weekly 20% off customer that prepays for no less than 6-12 months of cleaning service.
Divine Maids Services, values the privacy of our customer and of our maids. Our maids are trained to be discrete and to maintain your expectation of privacy within your home. Likewise, you agree to keep your conversations with the Maids cordial, nonchalant and general in nature. You agree not to approach the Maid to solicit a date or any kind of physical or emotional intimacy. Before you agree for a maid service, we want to address that this is not an escort agency and will not tolerate inappropriate behavior towards our staff and our maids. Should inappropriate behavior arise to any staff member or maid, services will terminate. You agree that you will not take any pictures, video, or digital image of our Maids. You agree that all communication with a Divine Maid shall, beyond those conducted in your home, be through the Divine Maid services office.
You agree to provide true and correct information on your application for services. You must be over 18 to contract for our services. This agreement comprises the entire agreement between the signatories and is subject to the law of the State of Texas and shall be interpreted under said principals. Should any single provision be void, the remainder of the contract shall be effective. Performance of these duties and obligations shall be construed as occurring within the county of the customer’s residence.
